Over the two-year programme, you will do 4-5 placements in various departments, spending 6 months in each. Working with people who are in the front line with our customers and other people across the company, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our business, how to deliver value for our customers and have the opportunity to learn a whole spectrum of new skill.
